Tool for reproducible management of agent skills

I've been building a small CLI tool for managing agent skills.

I wanted a quick way to add and switch between different skill sets without manually copying folders around or losing track of which revision was installed (I tend to try different variations of the same skill and try to evaluate them). The tool is called Trivium and it pins skills to exact Git commits, records them in a skills.lock file, and supports named environments so you can save and activate different configurations.
