b11549: args: add LLAMA_ARG_SLOT_SAVE_PATH env for --slot-save-path (#30272)

Allow configuring --slot-save-path via LLAMA_ARG_SLOT_SAVE_PATH so
it can be set from an EnvironmentFile in a systemd unit file.
